Grandma & Grandpa Visit (July)

So this post is ridiculously overdue.  I did put pictures on facebook, but I didn't have time to write a blog about their visit.  When this trip was scheduled, it was originally for two reasons.  The main reason was because I was having a really hard time/needing some help.  My face had been paralyzed for a full 3 months, Ellie wasn't sleeping so I was absolutely exhausted, and Maree was/is a typical busy toddler. They were going to come out and give me a little help.  The other reason for the visit was my mom hadn't met Ellie!

It was nice to have them wake up with Ellie, even though by the time they got to AZ, she was sleeping SO much better thanks to the miracle blanket... and to give me an extra hand with cooking/cleaning/ errands - man I wish I had family that lived closer!!!

They now have 4 granddaughters!!

I loved having them visit - it is crazy, my dad has been out to AZ for a total of a month and a half this year already!! (Obviously not all at once) And even crazier, is looking at a picture of my face from when they visited to now... a lot of improvement has happened in the month that has passed since they were here!
